Today’s Daily Post Writing Prompt:
Textures are everywhere: The rough edges of a stone wall. The smooth innocence of a baby’s cheek. The sense of touch brings back memories for us. What texture is particularly evocative to you?
There is no one texture that is particularly evocative to me. In my eyes (or in this case, sense of touch), if something is visually appealing and looks safe enough to touch, I’m going to do just that. I can’t recall anything that brings back memories for me when it comes to things I touch (I usually have this instance more with smells), but some items are just worth being able to touch.
