My one supervisor leaves notes for me when she needs something done. This mostly happens when she stays late and won’t be in early the next day, or is off. She knows I like written instructions, so she accommodates that.
Sometimes she throws a little humor into the notes. This one is by far my favorite!
I couldn’t leave it alone, so I left her copies with a note of my own:
There ya go.
She will appreciate this on Monday.
I also pulled a similar prank involving her cell phone last year. She appreciated the joke, but it wasn’t effective. The phone got left behind not all that long after!
