According to my smart watch (Samsung Gear Fit 2) putting the sheets on a king size bed qualified as actual exercise.
No lie, it sensed I was doing something rigorous and informed me of this at the 10 minute mark. Hey, 11 minutes of running back and forth between four different corners on a fitted sheet, draping the top sheet, lugging the duvet, covering pillows with pillow cases and throwing back pillows on the bed – and 49 calories burned – Exercise is exercise!
