Well darn. Just when you thought it was safe to go back to camp!
As we bring our Throwback (kid-friendly Halloween-esque commercials) / Flashback (movie trailers) celebration of Halloween to a close, we have one more movie trailer to show you.
Are you ready?
So, here’s the teaser…
They’re all afraid…but of whom?

Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives was released on (as the commercial said) August 1, 1986, and was a return to the original “Friday the 13th” formula. This meant resurrecting Jason Voorhees so he could unleash fresh terror on the newly-reopened (and renamed) Campe Crystal Lake, which was renamed as Forest Green. Hey, you can slap a coat of paint on something, but that doesn’t always fix the original problem. It was the first to be critically favored since the original film, going on to gross $19.4 million. Until 2003’s Freddy vs. Jason, this was a fan favorite. I actually just saw it this past summer, and yes, it is pretty good!
And there you have it. Our Halloween celebration isn’t over yet. Come back next week for a few more spooky treats as we count down to Halloween!
Have a great Friday!
