Dash

Today’s Daily Post one-word prompt: Dash

Morse code

Run

To hurry

Hasty

Small quantity added to something else (especially liquid)

This symbol: –

Expression of mild annoyance

Board in vehicle with instruments showing measurements of fuel, speed, and mileage

The son from The Incredibles

And this definition.  I’ve never heard “dash” used this way:

strike or fling (something) somewhere with great force, especially so as to have a destructive effect; hurl
