#ThrowbackThursday Will Do ANYTHING for the Perfect Parking Spot!

No lie.

Ah, the ideal parking spot.  There is nothing quite like the thrill of finding the ideal place to park your four-wheeled investment, and…

Hey!  What are you doing?!  That is MY spot!

In this Throwback Thursday, not part of a theme week, we’ll see a commercial about the struggles of obtaining that perfect parking spot in this 1999 Kia Sportage Commercial.

We have this huge problem…snapshot11

Freakin’ malls not having enough spots!

But our frustrated driver has an even bigger problem…

The dreaded potential spot stealer!

What will our driver do??  Will the competition succeed??

Hit play below and find out!

Ah, the thrill of VICTORY!

You know, it never ceases to amaze what people will do in normal life for a parking spot, but since this is television, those “desperate measures” become quite extreme.

Retention pond be damned.  I want a cool “Don’t try this at home!” disclaimer, and darn it, I’m going to get it!

And there you have it, a Throwback Thursday that is short, sweet, and to the point.  And it teaches a lesson – don’t come between a Kia Sportage-driving woman and the perfect parking spot!

See, sometimes you learn an important lesson when you read my blog!

Throwback Thursday’s younger sibling, Flashback Friday, will make an appearance tomorrow, but of course, please don’t do this.  The perfect parking spot is not worth it!

Have a great day!
