Again with the “no wrong answers” thing!
In the late 1980s, and continuing through 2000, Reese’s reminded people that there is no wrong way to eat a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Countless people from all walks of life displayed the way THEY eat a Reese’s which may or not be the way YOU eat one.
Yesterday, we watched Scotty Henry’s kid brother, Roger, eat his Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup…
And it was creative.
Seriously, how does he do that?
Today, we meet our next creative eater, Alvin Perkinson…
Find out how Alvin eats his Reese’s…by clicking play below!
Ok, I’m pretty geeky, but Alvin…
Yeah.
Alvin’s method, when compared to Roger’s, seems slightly more normal, despite the use of tools to do so. The point of these commercials (my interpretation) were that we all have our own unique way of doing things, so let’s just open a Reese’s packet and enjoy.
I’m sure that makes sense on some level.
Anyway, there you have it, another trip into the archives, and a nice, simple look at inherent weirdness.
I can’t guarantee stuff like this next week, but I can guarantee commercials from the archives.
That’s my promise.
Have a great Flashback Friday, and a fantastic weekend!
Whenever I was younger, I would sometimes put a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in my cereal!
