I dig around in the dusty doldrums of YouTube, seeking out the finest in corporate training videos for yet another gem.

Remember Buster Sales and his teaching points that helped Marie become a better Blockbuster Video employee?  A year earlier (in 1989), there were two “film critics” who did the exact same thing!
