Conversations With Cortana: All I Want For Christmas…

…is a new phone, but unfortunately, I don’t get an upgrade until March 2017.

So I’ll play with Cortana until then, because it is about the only thing that isn’t causing me throw my Windows phone again the wall.

Cortana, for the uninformed, is the Siri of the Windows world.  She’s like Siri and Alexa in the sense that she answers your questions and gives some entertaining answers.  I randomly asked Cortana a few questions about Halloween, and the responses were about as quirky as I expected them to be.  So, naturally, I figured the same could be done for Christmas.

I’m glad she’s a conversationalist, or else this exchange would have been awkward as anything.  These are the actual screenshots from my most recent exchange with her.

“Hi Cortana. What do you want for Christmas?”

It’s official: Cortana is a geek too!

Cortana implored me to say “Bah Humbug,” so…Bah Humbug!

Don’t worry, Cortana, I’m not Ebeneezer Scrooge.

“Do you believe in Santa?”

Likely answer, Cortana!

“So…where is Santa?”

Well then, I hope he got mine! 🙂

So to sum it up…Cortana is a geek, thinks I’m Scrooge, and believes in Santa.

Technology.
