Intricacies of A Cookie

This very closeup photo is a shot of my Nutter Butter cookie.  I know that seems mundane (and is probably making you hungry just looking at it!), but I’m eating lunch, and inspiration for detail is solely limited to how my food looks before I eat it.  My chosen lunchtime snack of choice was Nutter Butter cookies. I love how the cookies are curiously shaped like peanuts (and don’t just look like your average sandwich cookie), and aren’t just vanilla cookies with peanut butter filling, but are actually peanut  ON peanut butter, layered with more peanut!  I love these cookies for the amazing fresh-roasted crunchy taste.

However, I don’t love the fat content.  That can go scratch.
