Numbers

In response to the Daily Post Photo Challenge, Numbers.

Wearing a Fitbit is my attempt at making myself more accountable for my lifestyle and the choice to live healthier.  Ever since I began wearing one, and using an app that has held me accountable for what I eat and my activity level, I’ve lost 26 pounds.  I was successful at losing seven without a Fitbit (much of that initial loss was the result of having my gallbladder removed), but I needed some motivation to get myself on track, and investing in this device has helped me immensely.

This is my current step count (as of writing this entry).  I’m more than halfway to the 10,000 step goal for the day, and I’ve already gotten in 50 minutes of exercise.  My goal is to get at least 30 more minutes in tonight, but this is a great start to the day.

  1. Love your interpretation and your story, Allison. I have (fairly recently) started eating healthy and need to lose A LOT OF WEIGHT. Fitbit seems like a good lifestyle choice. Thank you for sharing this bit of information.

I’ll be following you from now on. Have an amazing day! 🙂

    1. You’re very welcome! And thank you for the follow. I can’t say everything I write is inspiring like that is, but I do have a fun little blog going on over here, and it’s a mix of everything!
