In response to today’s one-word Daily Post Writing Prompt, “Faraway.”
The weekend is a faraway concept.
Friday feels so…faraway.
My vacation is in six weeks from today…and that seems so faraway.
My mind feels faraway, thinking of what to write.
My mind feels faraway trying to think of more witty responses to this writing prompt.
But alas, my mind is required to be local, because faraway…means I’m probably not doing what I’m supposed to be doing.
