This prompt is like a clown? It amuses you?
Do you consider yourself funny? What role does humor play in your life? Who’s the funniest person you know?
In my own way, I find myself to be funny. I have a very dry wit and sense of humor. I like commentary and being able to slip in an “aside” type of joke. I don’t use offensive language or off-color jokes as part of my humor.
Humor plays an important part in my life. It keeps me sane, allows me to really think, and adds something to my writing. I admire comedians who spend years honing their craft. My favorite type of humor is (Surprise!) dry wit.
He’ll appreciate me for saying this (or say that I’m sucking up to him), but my fiancee is the funniest person I know. He’s made me laugh since the day I met him. His humor is different from mine – he engages in dramatic storytelling, and has entertained my family on many occasions with his true life stories, told in a very funny, with hand gestures included.

Fantastic post! I also have a dry sense of humor. I do say funny things while I remain serious. I do have friends who are funny people … and they try to make me feel at ease whenever I’m having a down day.
